Suresh joined BA and eventually my team which was the BA IT SEPG Measures team from mid 2006 and worked in the team right upto and through 2008 when he was then moved to BAs offices in Newcastle.
Suresh worked in designing measures, analysing trends, forecasting and producing written and graphical reports which were reviewed and discussed with the IT leadership and then distributed across the entire software delivery and support areas.
